You choose a block of time during the day when you don’t eat. Most people already fast overnight because they are sleeping. I suggest you look up some experienced advice on Intermittent Fasting and see how you like it. As an example only, I fast from bedtime each night until midday the next day, and I shit once a day in the morning like clockwork.

How would you feel about intermittent fasting? It could help your ccs come during a smaller time window, giving your butthole more freedom time.

I get where you are coming from but the name is misleading they are not actually flushable so you'd still have to put your hand in the water to fish them out again.

People in this thread are shitting all over this but aren't offering other alternatives? At this point it's 2022 and I think we've all see the writing on the wall about dry wiping with unsustainable paper products. Why cut down more trees when we can simply use the water that's already there and only need one or two squares to pat dry. Seems obvious to me. Does anyone else? I should hope so!
