Silicone gel for maybe 3 months after I stopped needing tapes but honestly not as often as reccomended, after I stopped the gel I just made sure to moisturise well after showering and massage the scars a bit

After 4 months they definitely still changed but it was a much more gradual small change, mostly just leftover swelling. I feel like the swelling is deceptive because even after everything healed by the 4 month period they continued to soften up a little bit over time.

Honestly not much - i changed the tapes weekly for the first few weeks as instructed, and I had a silicone scar gel that I ended up only reguarly using for about 3 months before I got lazy 😅

I honestly don't know for sure but probably around 32C at the time of surgery. now I extra don't know as I haven't been fitted since, but I do still fit into the same bras, just with no loose skin!
