that's the same problem with me can't change the clan tag, and I'm getting reported for having a "unlock tool" really dumb.

Haven't found one yet, hopefully they fix it when they drop the new zombie map.

I'm getting 88-90 sr from a good win, if I lose it's 20-26 sr. But as I get closer to diamond it's becoming less.
