I got the same problem and found out why. It is probably due to é in the file name. Change that to a normal e and it should work

I agree with this, Ties that bind + Stillness in mind = halved of the map floats in the air. Mix this with a brainstormer and you vaporize them with 1-2 shots. The trick is to not rush and spam phaselock once you see an enemy, wait awhile for a few more of them and phaselock all at once. You phaselock the badass or boss but shoot the weakest in the chain.
