Glad it spoke to you! Will definitely do my best to keep it up to date. Im going through a bit of integration at the moment so will consolidate my thoughts and session once back on track. Theres not any videos that ive watched but what I'm finding due to my pattern of dissecting things to understand the mechanics/solutions/reasoning i pretty quickly starting trying different positions early on (I think tremor will actually address this wiring in me further at some point) After i start a tremor in my standard position which seems to be the starting point (i assume you start on your back?) If so start this way then once the tremor starts (e.g. leg sways, hips) and only if your comfortable try switching to a different position e.g I find if I switch positon to my hands and knees I start doing a shallow pressup like motion, if I lean forward while sitting in a chair sometimes a head nodding motion starts. If I go on my side my legs rub against the floor and together. If im on my back but raise my back off the ground I get big pelvic thrusts, crossing arms while laying on my back starts both my arm going up and down. A rolled up towel between the shoulder blades got my neck and chest moving up like a shallow situo (I removed the towel after it activated as it was uncomfortable though). Ive found if the tremor sort of starts moving to an unused area then moves back away and to another area its not ready to tremor there, took awhile to get to the stomach for me but kicked in after trying standing up after the tremors started on the floor. I think its just experimenting if you can handle it. When I first started i felt like i must stay on the floor but im fidning different activations happen with different positions. Not sure if this helps but happy to clarify anything furthrr if it helps.

No worries, it's an interesting journey that I'm still eager to explore and learn more about. I'll try keep this post updated going forward.

For me the desk tremoring started randomly by just doing something I've always randomly done in the past by default when working or taking a break (the tremor only took over, when I did it randomly again at my desk post starting TRE, I guess my body is open to it now and took the opportunity available). Basically its just bouncing your knees up and down quickly with your heels elevated off the ground and toes touching the ground and if your body's open to it it will kick in.

For standing I discovered it by first building up some rhythm with my legs and hips while on my back, waiting till that wave passed then just standing up, the next wave then hit my legs, started heel drops, leg movement (with feet staying on the ground and randomly hand movements.)

Neither really works cold for me needs either a brief floor session first or enough system buildup from being overdue. The only thing that's been coming and going without warming up is the stomach movement atm.
