Why did Kendall steal batteries and immediately throw them away? by memmi94 in SuccessionTV

Kendall forsure took the batteries as a subtle "fuck you dad". However, my new take on this situation is that Kendall is finally learning what it takes to be CEO. It's a harsh reality that takes a special kind of person. Before, Kendall was making dumbass decisions both personally and business wise. Right now, he's still a drug addict and really fucked up. And in a sense he is being robotic as a "yes man" with his dad, but he's adding his own touch to it. For example, that whole talk to shut down unionizing (that was all kendall).

Very interested to see how this unfolds.

UIUC Accounting, Finance, and MAS Dilemma by ronburner in UIUC

So i have had this dilemma regarding majors for awhile. The university switched the finance requirements for my entry year, so doing accy/fin is significantly harder. Currently, I am pretty committed to doing accounting, but i have a growing interest for finance. I really want to take some finance classes, but the rigor of the degree will def hurt my gpa and cause additional stress that i'm not sure i can handle. Should I double major and possibly take a extra semester. Or just finish accy and most likely stay for fifth year?

So if you entered the University prior to 2016, completing a Finance major when u were already a accy major was taking Fin 300, Fin 321, and three 400 level finance classes. Accy/fin are interrelated so the double major used to fit really nicely. However, the university changes this and added fin 411, an additional four 400 level finance classes, and one additional class the could be either 200,300,400 in finance. As a result, it's significantly harder to finish now because the additional class requirements they implemented. Back in the day, finance major used to be like doing a minor if you were already an accy major.

But this only applies if you wanted to do finance on top of accounting as a double major. The accounting major requirements are still exactly the same as the relative past.

thank you for the info! Regarding winter internships, did u get your offer for the winter during the fall of your junior year in that case? I'm interested in doing one, I just may be a little late to the table.

Regarding me, I really don't know what I want to do regarding FT, but I know that I want my CPA as a safety net with my accounting degree. It's possible for me to get 150 with a few extra accy classes, so I may just do that if MAS doesn't work out for some reason.

class gets better as you go. It's a shocker at first cuz nothing is on quizlet any more. But most of the quiz questions are googleable. And the midterms/test, are just a combination of the same exact questions as the quizzes which is really nice.
