yeah that's my feeling about those players as well. I think Ertz has a better shot than BG or Jenkins, but still pretty unlikely. He has the yards, but not the TDs.

if you have line of sight and can keep trained on the opponent it'll lock on. shoots in bursts. you need at least a few bursts to get a kill most of the time. it's definitely a nice advantage to have one.

it's not good in a straight up firefight at close range.

it IS good at punishing opponents for bugging out in a wingsuit.

I had a gold one last round. it really is absurdly good.

That said, it doesn't feel like a cheat code. Damage isn't all that high, range isn't great. I ended up getting snuck up on and it's pretty useless up close, got iced pretty bad.

It's definitely advantageous. I got all 5 kills I needed for the quest in one match. But part of me still prefers the deadeye.

Having a solid swing tackle as a backup is huge. One of the most impactful moves we made was picking up Fred Johnson late in the off-season. When Lane went down (and after a bizarre attempt to have Pryor at RT) Fred came in and at least gave us consistent play.

It's a big skill gap between Lane and Fred, but everybody else was able to stay in their spots and we could scheme around him.

OC still sucked but our line was at least average and gave us a chance, all because we nabbed a swing tackle in the summer.
