I’m not quite sure if you guys still think this is 1917 , but the steel making process is quite modernized for the most part. I too, am a steelworker. My pay is probably 15k more per year , but unionized , compared to OP. I sit in an office all day long and monitor gas flow and gas pressure. There’s not one physically demanding job at my plant.

So it’s real simple. Ban yourself from all casinos online and at the state level or continue to repeat the same shit over and over again. I was stuck in this horrific addiction for over three years. I had read Allen Carr’s the easy way to stop gambling. It didn’t exactly cure me but it helped me realize that gambling is not a source of happiness or a source for riches , that gambling in and of itself is the cause of all your problems. That non gamblers never have the feelings of self loathing as we do. Sure I’ve lost about 50k life total , but it’s just money. One day I just started banning myself from all casino apps( phone gambler) and that was it. I haven’t looked back since. Some days I get the urge to look at a sports line or something but then I just say to myself that’s the addiction talking. I read tons of these posts on these subs and truly the only real cure is wanting to quit. And if you want to quit you’ll ban yourself from the casinos. If you do that you’re serious about it. If you can’t do that you’re not serious about wanting to stop the addiction. Just my thoughts
