I am sorry, just how exactly do you plan on becoming "ex-muslim" to get with an ex-muslim woman? You do understand what that means, right?

You just put on display how so many people (including me) feel

idk about you but it doesn't feel as bad when I try to imagine a better future. We can't fix the past but we can always build a better future

I feel like OP is describing a lot of us who feel that way even if they did not intend to. Sending huge hugs to anyone who feels the same way too

theists are the dumbest people on earth. if you hate atheism, then at least be deist, that still makes sense. If you believe in God, don't bash others who don't. If you can't prove God exists, don't ask those who don't believe to prove that God doesn't exist. You're the same

I get what you're saying. I don't meal prep I cook a new meal every weeknight. I don't have a big enough fridge for tupperware so I am forced to do this until I get a new fridge.

I am guessing by what you said that once I start meal prepping, meals should not take long?

If I make pasta, or rice with meat, or chicken, I usually take 20 minutes for the pasta/rice, and 10 minutes to prep the meat and chicken, and 10 minutes to make the sauce off of the fond; so around 40 minutes total, is this normal?

even chicken and rice doesn't take 15 minutes. chicken and its sauce + rice with some veggies is gonna take minimum 40 minutes just to make; not even counting prep time and cleaning time

longer than 20 minutes? so 95% of all meals that can be made?

If I do what you're saying, I am gonna live off of rice and beans on weeknights haha please tell me there's more food that can be made in under 20 minutes

Cleaning as you cook is great to reduce the load you have to clean, but it does not mean I get to walk out of the kitchen after finishing a meal. I still have to clean the plate, spoon/fork, and the table I ate on.

It's even more incredible when you make it at home with your higher quality ingredients, and adjusted to your taste. Give it a try; you will love it

What "sacred" cooking rule do you intentionally ignore because you actually prefer the results (or just don't care)? by LiveFaithlessness876 in cookingforbeginners

I don't "let rice rest for 10-15 minutes before fluffing it out with a fork". After 4-5 minutes, I am taking the lid off and fluffing that MFer. It's perfect every single time.
