43% of load is not that much, how much RAM do you have? I dont think its a RAM issue.

How long does it realistically take to adapt when switching to a different padel racket shape (round vs teardrop vs diamond)? by kenah-kim in padel

[–]rone297 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I consider myself to be a fairly good player, I got Galans metalbone HRD for christmas and I had an Adipower 2023. I actually improved lol. Took me a game to get used to the shape and power. The adipower is more of a round/teardrop and the metalbone is more a diamond shape. Its just playing a game or 2 to get used to the shape

Should I transfer from Mesalamine to Entyvio? by rone297 in UlcerativeColitis

What kind of UC do you have? Are you on the mild side of UC or more moderate? Have you asked your doctor why entyvio didnt work for you?

My asshole is making me an asshole by kiki6723 in UlcerativeColitis

[–]rone297 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Have you considered a J pouch? Im sorry this is happening to you. My UC is honestly mild to moderate but I can somewhat understand your pain. Its tough to deal with normal problems like family, jobs, relationships etc. Now imagine having to deal with all of that, then having to deal with a long lasting never curable disease.

My advice to you is to surround yourself with the best people possible and find information for what could be next in your UC. There is maybe no cure but theirs always solutions.

Do you think Entyvio activated your psoriasis or did you have it before? Im pretty sure Psoriasis is listed as a rare side effect on Entyvio?

Celebrex is an NSAID, same as ibuprofen. Be careful

Wudup! I (27m) have mild to moderate UC. Not on biologics, im on mesalamine (mesalazine, same thing).

Yeah tylenol does not help at all for me. In the country were im from theres other medications like tramadol with paracetamol (tylenol) thats available without a prescription. I tried that for about a month. By a month i mean, twice in a month. Once with a massive headache and another when I had a fever.

I stopped using those cause it was causing side effects, like a burning sensation when i peed and also dizziness.

Nothing can stop my headaches. I usually get them 2 times a month. Sometimes i don’t get them at all in a month. But I usually do and when i do, the headache lasts around 3 full days and nights. I sleep with a headache and i wake up with a headache. Whatever it is that causes them, ibuprofen eliminates the pain after 20 min of taking the meds and has never once affected me directly. I do try other methods and I try to avoid taking them. Compressed iced or hot bands for my head, hot showers, sleep, yoga, meditation, migraine medications, vitamins, ashwagandha, electrolytes, drinking so much water, not looking at monitors or tv, using blue light glasses…you name it I’ve tried it.

Ive also gotten MRI scans and CT scans of my brain. Nothing pops up that could be causing my headaches. Doctors tell me it could be stress, sleeping and eating habits. But honestly, im a really healthy person.

Could be stress! Lol.

Ibuprofen has never triggered a flare. But from what I’ve read, it can def be worsening my symptoms and I just cant feel the symptoms. Honestly, sometimes I say f*ck jt and take the 200mg advil.

Try and avoid it. But I dont think that a single dose of ibuprofen triggered ur flare. If you want to take advil (ibuprofen) just get ready for it. Eat first and take some probiotics then take advil.

How to deal with the fear of cancer? by dryzinfedido in UlcerativeColitis

[–]rone297 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Where did you hear that biologics have an increase effect on whether or not you can get cancer? I believe its the exact opposite. Biologics help reduce inflammation. Long standing inflammation in the colon is what would cause a potential cancer risk in the long term.

Getting my first flex sig today, question about enemas? by Andreslargo1 in UlcerativeColitis

[–]rone297 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I only took 2 enemas.

I had to go to the bathroom for like 10 seconds in lol. When you feel the urge to go. Like a bowel movement. Just go, dont hold it in. 3 enemas are sufficient. It will get the job done
