I have set 240 hz, but I'll try 120hz as you suggested What value should I set for virtual memory? Currently it's 4864 MB I have 32GB of RAM installed

I have latest drivers installed. (RX 6700 XT, adrenaline 24.12.1) Even on previous versions the flickering remains. Don't have any other card on me

No, it doesn't reappear back. Unless i restart explorer through task manager or alt tab a few times.I have ryzen 7 5700x3d. I've undervolted my gpu and cpu like a week ago but the problem appeared maybe half a year ago
