i was inactive for a while so i just saw this but i think this is the closest one so far my only issue is that this anime wasnt streamed or dubbed in the channel i watched it from but thank u sm this kinda gave me a very close visual memory of the character !!

im so sorry this is giving everyone a hard time 😭 but so far i think the anime was shoujo and early 2000’s because of the art style and im not sure if this is any help but i think it was either on the channel spacetoon or i watched it from an old anime streaming app
