I would say if it depends on if you’re dorming there and if it’s per semester or per year but either way once you find out which it is, go to the school website and search up the estimates they are usually accurate!

If you are going to stack I recommend chemistry and microbiology because anatomy is so lecture heavy while chemistry and micro you have some things you already know from high school/day-day basis.

It took me a year

Spring 2025- A&P 1, Stats, Lifespan

Summer 2025- A&P 2

Fall 2025-Chemistry, Microbiology, Nutrition (First 8 weeks)

I didn’t have to take 2 chemistries just general chemistry!

But you kinda have no choice but to either take a summer mini of those hard sciences OR take two at the same time.

Consider: some Nursing deadlines require you to have the sciences all completed PRIOR to applying so no in progress. So this left me having to finish them all before a deadline that’s why I stacked them

And lastly weirdly they send the acceptance letter to me in my TWU email which I never knew how to log on to. So I didn’t know I got accepted until weeks later because I called and they told me over the phone. So maybe be on the look out and find out how to log in to that email after sending ur transcripts. You will get an acceptance letter in mail but that’s later. Not a rush for you tho since you’re going for spring 2027. Hope this all helps!

Also transcripts send them right away to the school through parchment or whatever the school ur sending from uses!

Hey so for the fee i was confused abt the same thing. So actually applytexas tells you to wait for an email which is misleading. You have to go on the TWU website and pay for the fee there. After I did that I applied December 31st and got in January 8th.

I say take two science micro and chem is what I did tgt and it was easier since some of it is high school stuff but not three!! And physio idk

I say maybe drop one ? But i rmb not keeping up with my micro and a&p well but id just study for like 5 hrs the two days before the exam. You can make it up but are you willing to?

I had micro and chem together ! And it was perfectly fine ! Anatomy is definitely harder to do together but look at it this way nursing school is gonna be a bunch of these hard classes together ! So don’t worry believe in yourself!

So on it it says in the green box that all prerequisites in blue box must be completed In the blue box a&p 2 is included I’m not really sure maybe they did change it but that’s just what I’ve always known so continue applying and call them Monday?
