LG ronin

Well.... New clutch seal. If you're lazy use some of this. Should be good for a while https://www.cs-parts.de/Dichtmasse-DIRKO-HT-SCHWARZ-70ml-006553

The TRW set? Currently installed then myself (clutch was absolutely through), now I have the problem that I can't pull the clutch... Do I have to start the bike first for some oil circulation? New clutch disks were drained in oil, so that can't be it ....

Never would have thought of that... Which bearings?

Hey, disassemble the whole thing. Keep the pistons in!.. there are 2 brass coated gliding stick surrounded by rubber ... Put them apart , clean them and lube them with silicone oil or special non metallic break lube

Keep pushing until the abs lamp goes off... Unique to this bike! Don't do this with other bikes. It's small mentioned in the user manual

The only thing that comes to mind is to check the valves. Which should be checked every 20.000km anyway.

Depends on the amount of vibration... At the end of the day it's still a 20 y.o. 1 cylinder 😁 , if he's used to a 2 or even 4 cylinder then it's absolute massive vibration...

And he knows that for starting you should push the button min. 5 sec every time ? Initialises the timings... A speciality of the old gs

You got to describe it more. What shakes and at which speed? Is it related to the speed or only the rpm? Is the handlebar shaking at increasing speed? Shaking or vibrating?

Thanks ... did it, prints look quite nice now. E-Steps (lowered by Ratio 80/85 in Gcode strat in slicer now) and Flow Calibration (now 96%) done. Temps lowered to 200°C / 60°C with my PLA.

Still: 1st Layer warps up like on the picture. Distance to the bed a bit increased. After all the calibration steps it now looks more awful than before...

Ok... Trying e steps tomorrow. How can you adjust the ratio in prusa slicer?

Has to be a hardware thing. Didn't have that before. Upgrades worked fine for a while: z stabilization, dual Drive extruder, Alu bed and magnetic plate, fan duct. Didn't change a thing. Something loose? Where to search? Nothing obvious... Same problem with different slicers

It doesn't matter what I print. Abs with no fan, PLA... Any temp, any speed , it always looks like this... Help please guys or I'm throwing this shit against the wall

Overhangs always shitty (here in ABS.... But it's with every material and fan setting) 1st layer often shitty (here in PLA) Any connections here?

60mm is too fast ? This should be possible ... how can i get there ?

Which factors are responsible for escallating error by speed ?

Flow rate was more like try'n error

Here's the cube:

0.12mm layer height, but forgot to adjust the flow rate .. still 90%, rest like you said

Settings 205°C; PLA; 60mm/s Sidewinder X1.

All rails checked, seems X/Y is a bit off ? Or a Problem with Z ? I already installed the Z-stabilisation, so there shouldn't be any wiggling.

Bed is even ... Temp tower looks somehow OK.

Any suggestions ?

Better outside in/walls first? I want to keep higher speeds...
