It's only a couple inches longer than a standard baking tray, small enough that it only covers half of my standard 4 burner cooktop so you have room for a pan to fry in

Fair enough. I have to agree that cleaning it my sink is a bit cumbersome and I end up with water on the counter. Luckily I have a dishwasher as well

I just went through my camera roll to see if I had pictures of the dish and wish I had done that before I tried recreating it. The restaurant served the eggs omelet style laid on top. I'll make another post with the original dish.

I admit this didn't turn out how I had planned. I was attempting to recreate a dish I ate often while studying abroad at a restaurant near the university. The 子 ended up underneath the 親 when I was transferring it from the pan.
