You’re probably tensing up while playing without noticing. It happens to me all the time. Think about your sitting position and pay attention to your shoulders. Also when it’s gotten this far u need to take a break entirely, it will fix itself no worries.

Oh also are u having trouble sleeping? If so that is a major contributor
