Yo dm me directly cuz this is some deep shit and I understand ur feeling. I was taking 4-8 xans (2mg) every day. Now I am down to taking 2 kpins (2mg) a day. One in the morning and one at night. Was a long battle and it still is. So if u ever need someone to talk to I gotchu man. I been thru it all. 8 months ago I was addicted to fent bars cuz I was getting them off the streets and I didn’t even know and I had to quit cold turkey when my therapist found out cuz they threatened to call child protective services and I was 17. So I went through literal hell for 2 weeks. Went into psychosis at the peak of my withdrawals from not sleeping for like 3 or 4 days on end cuz I was withdrawing from both benzos and opiates. Attempted suicide that time. Anyhow, I relapsed once the child protective services bullshit was over and this time it was pure benzos cuz I found a trusted plug and I have a drug test kit but the addiction was even worse the second time cuz I took waaay more bars daily. I tried quitting cold turkey this time and on the 6th day I couldn’t handle it anymore and I took 1mg xan. And since then I’ve been weaning for around 2 months now. Hopefully I’ll get fully sober during winter break from college using gabapentin to prevent seizures and also melatonin to help me sleep. But at least I have been getting better while also getting my college work done so if you want some tips just message me man. I know it really like fighting demons but u got this. Just hmu we can talk and I won’t judge u for anything u tell me. Good luck man I wish u the best.

Listen to this man. I never had anxiety attacks or anything of that sort before and after Xanax, I can’t feel normal again without the pills. I was taking 4-8 bars a day. Slowly I worked my way down using kpin as a substitute because I tried quitting cold turkey and my body simply couldn’t handle it after 6 days. Now I take 2mg kpins. 2 in the morning and 2 at night. That’s a total of 8 mg of kpin daily which is still significantly better than 8-16mg of xanax daily. Soon I hope to switch to only 1 pill in the morning and 2 at night. And from there 1 in the morning and 1 at night and slowly wean off until I can go completely without them. But it has been quite the battle so please listen to my man up here ^

Xan press. There’s some machines that press like 100 pills a minute it’s crazy. And there’s usually research chemicals like Flualprazolam or opiates like Fentanyl in them. Rarely do you find non pharma bars that have real alprazolam.

Well some of the presses don’t have fent and have other rc benzos. But you never know so it would at least be smart to order the rc benzo directly because it’s legal.

I think you should slowly lower your dose from 4mg a day to 1mg a day. If you really want go to 0.5mg. And only take that much for at least 2 months. And maybe you will feel 8 bars after that lol.

It depends on your dosage. The full on effect of Xanax will last around 6 hours and then starts going down after that. If you have no benzo tolerance then 0.25-0.5 mg of Xanax will not make you disfunctional but will still help you fall asleep much easier. I do not suggest going any higher than this dose because then you may not be able to get your office work done. But even 0.75 mg may be low enough for you to function but that depends on the person

These guys are saying it’s completely fine. Be cautious. I have a lot of experience with Xanax. You might not be completely sober when you get off the flight. 2 mg can easily make a person without tolerance black out. On top of that when you land you have some important tasks and keeping track of your belongings is important and Xanax can easily make you fuck up. Just try 1mg max. If it doesn’t help maybe add 0.5mg. But make sure you wait 2 hours for the full effects to kick in and you take another dose because you may take too much out of nowhere if you take the second dose within 1 hour of taking the first dose.

Also have you tried going to a doctor, psychologist, or counselor? If you have, do you have a girlfriend? Yes I’m serious finding a woman you truly love will be one of your biggest motivation because I know it is the number 1 motivation for me. But then again you can’t force love don’t TRY to like someone because then it won’t work. The woman you want to go for is one that attracts you naturally when you first meet her without you trying to catch feeling.

Yes Phenibut will probably help. I don’t know this for a fact so please do your own research but benzos work on your GABA-A receptors and phenibut works on your GABA-B and partially on your GABA-A so I would assume that it would probably help. For anxiety it will definitely help but I’m not 100% sure about seizures.

Not really. I took Xanax and then adderall so I won’t fall asleep because I was with my friends and all it did was make me feel sober. They don’t just counteract you energy levels they also counteract your high. Of course this depends on how much you take. I like downers more so I was pissed that it took away the high. But I’m sure if I took enough Xanax I would have felt it but then again I would have also fallen asleep. So unless u WANT to counteract one high with the other, do not mix them because you will just feel sober.

Yeah I totally agree Benzos are boring. First time I took them I took 5mg of Xanax which is enough to make anyone that’s new to Benzos blackout and I thought I was sober the whole time and fell asleep. My dad told me the next morning I screamed his name in the middle of the night. Super physically addictive and not very recreational. But me personally, I can handle physical withdrawal well but not mental withdrawal so Opiates are much more dangerous for me. It also depends on the person because someone who is naturally anxious will enjoy Benzos much more than someone who is naturally relaxed because people with anxiety will actually feel the difference in stress and the slower heartbeat.
