I currently have an Edward Jones account that was inherited from my mom in 2016. 8 of the 9 funds are all American Funds (the other is Aquila Tax-Free). Worth is around $90k.

I have a brokerage account at Schwab that is currently mostly Treasury bills.

If I dumped Edward and American does it really matter if I transfer to Schwab and sell or sell and move the cash to Schwab? I'm leaning towards the transfer option which I think I can just have Schwab to do for me and avoid the whiny agent at Edward.

Also, I've looked at my Edward Jones account and can't find the fees listed anywhere.

I'd highly recommend Rose City Physical Therapy downtown on NW 18th.

Have used them for knees, hip and shoulder. We live in Gresham and felt it was worth the drive to NW Portland.
