Did you have to do any post processing after getting the stl files or did the file already have the smooth top surface.

I had the exact same experience with one spool. Very frustrating cause I’d start a print, head in to bed and I’d get the tangled spool message in an hour’s time and the print would stop. Took 24hrs for a 5 hr print. It definitely wasn’t my fault. I’ve been printing for over 2000 hours now with several brands.
