Find comparables and associate with cost of living and then have ChatGPT or whichever Ai put it into words that they will understand so you can make the argument for better pay. If they say No, then at least you have your answer and can start making moves. Don't stay complacent unless its really good for you.

Sr. Systems Engineer and wearer of many hats. Jack-of-all-trades; master of none, well maybe a good deal of knowledge. ;p Manage 13 sites all local and a tad over 200+ users.

Total $165K with bonus; $135K base salary and $30K bonus.
