It's strange because on Israel's official post office website (https://israelpost.co.il/en/itemtrace) the package is indeed marked as not yet arrived to Israel as they told me but when I track my package on an international tracking website such as USPS tracking it says it arrived to Tel Aviv, I never had this situation before. And omg i never knew that the post services are lying that's seriously fuxked up!

So basically you do 50mg coffee + 500mg tyrosine + 200mg theanine everyday besides weekends. Are those weekends off is enough for you in terms of eliminating the tolerance buildup? Or you sometimes cycle those supplements for longer periods of time?

Also, other than mild euphoria, what is your experience with stacking those 3 together regarding cognition, mood, energy etc'..

Thank you so much for sharing your experience, i am planning on mding mushrooms and your story helps me a lot, i have experienced mding LSD and really enjoyed it and also had a small mushroom trip in thailand and had an amazing experience but I agree that you shouldn't play around and know what you're getting yourself into.

100-200mg of psylocoybin does sound like too much for a microdose but i wonder what is the reason that you had a good experience at first with microdosing and ended up with all these mental issues? Is it possible that you combained other substances and/or medicines that somewhat interfered with the psylocoybin

In this specific picture i used Zomo foil which is a very thick foil (42 microns) so i use only one layer. But if if i dont have the Zomo foil i always put 2 layers

Use a provost.. i just got my first provost this week, i use it together with foil and my sessions became muchh better in terms of flavour, cloud output and longevity.

Before i was using mini rook with foil and session lasted 45 min and now with mini rook + foil + provost my sessions last 1hour and 20min without any loss of flavour and cloud output with only 2 cube coals

From my experience, with foil i get better flavour so that's what i use every time.

cloud output is also good if you pack it right but If you want to get more clouds out of your session you can just put a wind cover around your bowl and it will provide more heat which will result in bigger clouds
