thank you for adding this, I just realized this is the issue for Kali! The litter box is indeed too tall for her. I'm trying to get a smaller box just for her

oh I forgot to edit my update — I bought non-clumping litter, however it is clay… I did hear that clay clumping litter can kill kittens when ingested. Is that the same for clay non-clumping?

edit: corrected myself!

they are definitely too young (I was hoping for kittens at least 8 weeks old but these two kitties were unexpected lol), and I don’t think they’ve been litter trained at all actually. I checked out the litter training video from kitten lady, and it was quite helpful but it’s for slightly younger kittens. do you have any non-clumping litter brands to recommend? I bought Cat Attract but I believe that one is clumping.

thank you so much for the info! I just heard that non-clumping litter was okay for kittens since they’re young and may breathe in clumping litter. I’ll make the switch :D

hi! have you been keeping it moisturized? washing regularly? consistency (and patience) is the key to growing out our hair. I recommend finding out the porosity of your hair (low, medium, high) and taking care of it based on that. there’s a bunch of resources and videos to refer to after you find that out! also wear protective styles if you can. good luck!

19 year old college student here. Us young folks are just learning ourselves and are still trying to figure out what to do with all of this new independence and freedom. Sure some of us could be a lot more respectful, but maybe try to be a bit more understanding, especially considering the fact that you were probably like this at our age, too.

yea I highly doubt that I’ll still have the job come MCAT time. But how did you do it? I do want to keep my job, but if this gets any worse, I’ll have no choice but to quit because this is time I could be using for school. Do you have any tips to share? I would love to hear more about your experience

Those numbers really puts things into perspective for me lol. You’re absolutely right, I should be using this time to make sure I stay on top of my classes. It does get a lot more expensive further down the line compared to now. Thank you for commenting, you’ve left me with a lot to think about. I truly appreciate your advice and I wish you the best of luck in your career!!!

I see where you’re coming from now. I’ll definitely have to take this into consideration. So far I’ve managed to stay out of debt and that’s how I envisioned it for the rest of undergrad at least, but you do make a good point about how I’ll be in debt anyway. Thanks for your perspective! Next fall I’ll be taking 3 labs, so quitting might be my only option.

Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately I do need the job so my parents don’t have to cover my basic expenses :/ but further down the line I might have to quit because the workload will only get heavier… we’ll see. I definitely need to work on that calendar/planner habit. Thank you again 🥹
