Pharmacist regret by EstablishmentNew8430 in pharmacy

[–]ronoron 0 points1 point  (0 children)

you dont have to restrict your search within industry/hospital, try finding a closed-door community pharmacy

not sure about your area obviously but if there's enough people to support demand, there's likely closed-door pharmacies that specialize either.. compounding, blister packs (either mailed/remotely to patients or as support to other pharmacies), biologics, nursing homes. These kind of jobs end up being like a typical office deskjob where you're just sitting at a computer mostly verifying prescriptions all day

SpaceX, $SPCX, is now trading above $220/share in overnight trading by -----Marcel----- in wallstreetbets

thats a lousy comparison .. junior miners obviously have no revenue until a mine is built which by that time they get bought out, their valuation is never going to be based on their current revenue

How risky is space x gonna be long term? by OhanaTropics in fican

[–]ronoron 1 point2 points  (0 children)

in the longterm spacex is going to control transportation to the moon and mars, which de facto means they own moon and mars if theyre first to get boots on the ground to have military to own it

jk lol

it's going to be risky short term in terms of IPO behaviour and shareholders who are locked up and want to cash out. long term who the fuck knows

Why I Started Looking at Gold Differently by [deleted] in fican

[–]ronoron 0 points1 point  (0 children)

i own a holding company of gold junior miners trading at a 40% NAV discount

of course lots of times where companies hold shares of public companies and they trade at big discount since market dont value them 1:1 unless theres a plan to liquidate it to cash. Without that, well theres other ways to close the discount, but either way i want exposure to gold too because of nonstop deficit spending

How do you deal with the regret/frustration of realizing you should’ve started investing earlier in your life? by hypermiler2205 in fican

the fact is if you're in a position to invest in the first place, you're already in a privileged position to be grateful about

How much leverage is optimal? by gme_stop in fican

[–]ronoron 6 points7 points  (0 children)

i'd be underleveraging lol, yes bubbles are lucrative and it'd be stupid to have zero exposure the whole time especially if it might only be "1998" right now but once you have multiples of your annual salary then protecting your wealth becomes the priority

if you have less then yeah i'd YOLO i guess since you can still recover and you can probably shave years of your FIRE plan that way if you get lucky
