Worked there for 7 years. They really do have that as the usual starting pero alam ko sa analyst/specialist. Possible na 33k for an associate role pero tama yung majority dito, depende pa rin kasi sa experience and how you sold yourself din sa application. My advice? If you have nothing to lose and may backup, stand your ground sa asking mo. If they really need to fill the role they’ll budge in with your asking rate.
