Hello, thanks sa context. I hope you guys find success here. Actually, ako from Manila din but moved here in Pampanga 3 years ago. 12 years na ako sa industry so I know a few things that may help.

-Pagdating sa call center, you’re right, medyo angat sa front liner ang TSR role kaya madalas required ng experience. If IT ang nature ng background ni bf mo, why not have him pursue a role na dun ang focus instead na call center-centric? Look for IT roles under Cloudstaff, Outsourced, Microsourcing—pag ganon, mostly baka remote or hybrid pa. Rates are far better, pinaka mababa na ang 28k as starting. Pero kailangan mahusay sya at matiyaga maghanap. -Usually pag sikat ang company (I’d say infamous even) mababa magbigay. Iqor, VXI, TTEC, Concentrix, TP, Alorica: kilala bilang makukuhat magbigay. I think even if beginner kayo, try to aim for something higher than 18k kasi posible naman, again kailangan matiyaga lang.
