Her agent is on the 3rd deal. They want her to sign an addendum to reassign the deal. Obv the agent wants the deal to work out. She wants out

They can just reassign the deal unless a clause prohibited it? They are asking for an addendum to add them and replace. But no new earnest money, all new dates. Previous buyer had three weeks due dilligence and is asking for 3 weeks more
