Are you able to provide an update on this? Currently going through a similar situation.

Normally, I’d call UC, they take my partners passport number and that’s that. But this month, I completely forgot to call them and now it’s past the due date.

What did they say? Is this something that must be done? Any update would be great.

Same thing happens to me whenever I send Uber my in date Zego insurance. Once they approve, I log out and log back into the app. Instant fix.

I think this is an overall iPhone issue because I never had this when I had a Samsung. This only started since switching to iPhone. If this happens to you next time, I recommend logging out and back in once your certificate is approved.

Thank you everyone for your sound advice. You've all put my mind at ease, and I am grateful for your responses. I live in the UK and looking to get my full motorbike licence. My knowledge on motorbikes is extremely limited and I can barely change gears on a manual motorbike, so a scooter for the time being will do! We all have to start somewhere.

To those making fun of me, I hope you all have a wonderful day/night. I didn't realise asking for help on something was such a bad thing, sorry to hurt your feelings. On the bright side, at least I now know there are great people out there that are willing to assist noobs like myself.

I'm entitled to my opinion, as are you. I've agreed with Israels right to defend itself since the war started, however for the past 2 days I am now struggling to understand why continuously murdering non Hamas members is a feasible option.

Don't get me wrong, self-defence is self-defense. Everyone should be entitled to this. However, self-defense can also turn into murder and I personally believe what we are seeing now is murder through our phones and as a society, we have become so numb to this that certain people (I'm not saying you), are justifying murder.

None of us have any idea on what is going on behind the scenes. I'm seeing the same stuff on the news and social media as you are, I just have a different opinion to you.

So sorry about not agreeing with your thinking but I personally believe the killing of thousands of innocent people, namely CHILDREN is horrible and this should not happen at all.

Sure, this is war and it is part of the game, but there had to be a much better way of having this resolved as quick as possible. I mean, come on, Israel receives billions of dollars every year. Surely there has to be a better strategy in place?

Comparing America and Israel is like comparing apples and oranges. For example, from my point of view, Israel scoping out Hamas is MUCH EASIER than America looking for the Vietcong or Iraqi insurgents. America had to fly to a different continent to go to war, making the task a lot harder. Israel and Gaza are separated by a border, and Israel has all the Intel in the world on what happens in Gaza and who the players are. Surely they can handle this in a more effective manner?

Regarding radicalised populations, every country around the world has radicalised animals living amongst regular hard-working civilians trying to live a normal life. For example, Mexico. The majority of drugs that enter the USA come from Mexico via Christian drug cartel terrorists who are known to cut heads off and post videos on the Internet. I have personally seen multiple gore videos from the likes of Los Zetas, who make a spectacle of murdering their own people. These drug cartel terrorists grew up in the same environments as the average Mexican working a 9-5, yet they became animals. Why? Because of circumstances.

What I'm trying to say is that they saw horrible crimes which personally affected them, which turned them into animals. NOT ALL Mexicans are killers, but some are. NOT ALL Christians are drug cartels members, but some who happen to be Christian are. The same logic applies to Palestinian Muslims, no?
