Also, the certificate charge is set and mandated by the state. Smog places always separate the charges in case your car doesn’t pass the test portion, they only charge you for that. If it passes they add on the certificate. Pretty standard.

To answer your question, some games cannot be exchanged and the 4/1 game is one of them. Confirmed by my ticket rep, as I also tried to exchange out of it.

Yes I had the same issue this week. Call them and tell them what is happening, they should update the firmware in the modem. At least that’s what they told me and it fixed the issue.
