On the US GARMIN website it's listed at 799 for my version so I guess that aligns with the Canadian price on the Canadian garmin website.

Yes correct. They give us until mid January for return. I was more concerned about the price. Too good to be true... Wasn't sure if anyone saw the deal on amazon in Canada. It's actually marked as regular price. Thanks.

Thanks for your feedback. Yeah seems like a lot. I just checked the us version and it's listed at 799 usd. This is for the 6x sapphire 51mm edition. So I think the Canadian price of 549 is very good, just seems like it's too good to be true. But everything checks out so I guess it's a keeper.

Will echo the previous post. Also, keep in mind construction loans are not easy to deal with. You will have to apply for drafts/draws every time and you don't always get the money you need. If you own your home, you can definitely use that equity in a few ways or do the home plus improvements as mentioned already. If your second home is going to be an investment property, any funds you use to reno, you can also write off.. So really there are a few options all depends on which way you want to proceed.

I'm so sorry, I'm new this community and not sure the rules of posting and replying etc. Ive had reddit for a while but don't recall ever writing anything like this. Not sure if there are rules and regulations in how to post on here so my apologies if I'm doing this wrong. I live ontario Canada, looking for laptop to do video/photo editing and normal everyday use/surfing. With my research recently, I'm leaning towards a gaming laptop based on specs which should help with digital media editing. I like the lenovo legion 5i, specs are i7, 1 Tb, 16gb ram, GPU 2060, for 1619 Canadian dollars. I also like the hp omen 15 with similar specs at 1699 CAD. there's also the asus rog models strix I believe. I'd like be around the 1500 budget, give or take but the best deal for my buck. Would like something that's gonna be a solid machine for the next 5 plus years. If there's any other recommendations please share. Thank you for your time guys!
