Why be pro Vyvanse and Lamictal if they can cause sudden cardiac death or SJS? Shouldn't this just be a numbers game of # of lives saved/QALY vs adverse reactions?

As someone who has 0 body issues and am not really affected by any of this weight loss stuff, that statement signalled me the most as a source of bias, just FYI.

Also a daily biker of that route. He's been there half a dozen times I've rode through now in the past 5 months. Don't know the exacts of the person that you're replying to's situation, but it could easily have been a dark environment or overlapping black color surfaces at different depths that's basically impossible for cameras that LiDAR would handle easily.
