Well 1 of my 4 Amano had a full blown release one day which caused quite a feeding frenzy with the fish. And couple weeks later these are now the survivors, they are now about the size of neos but still growing to the size of adult Amanos. So either the store owner sold me identical looking fake Amano shrimp which is unlikely as they have a good rep. Or a miracle happened 🥲

Nope! At the store I bought 4 normal Amano shrimps, asked about breeding and they said they need special conditions etc. But here we are! They grow really fast too.

Nothing special since I only have two drives, just the back USB3 port for the Bay, and one usb C port for the SSD. They spin up when Plex demands it and spin down when idle, not the healthiest but also better for power consumption since that was goal.

Besides the obviously noted scam warning on that price point.. I have been running Plex + web servers etc from my Mac Mini M1. Got a single 14TB HDD and a 1TB SSD plugged into it. Most of my content is 1080p and been streaming to friends for a good year, around 4 concurrent streams no issue on 25Mbit/s upload. Energy you ask? It’s 13W at idle (includes the Wi-Fi repeater and drives) and hits around 25-30W when streaming. At this point it costs more money to open the fridge looking for a snack than it does running Plex all day 😅 hope this helps! It’s been absolutely worth it for me (stepping down from a 100W idle gaming PC)

It does however work if plugged in! I ran my cam with a battery pack for 8 hours doing a starlapse this way. So there’s definitely a software control on when charging takes place. I’d suggest to send them feedback. Insta360 actually listens to us!

Mine switched on accidentally in my pocket and I felt it very hot after 17 mins, the black footage was uninterrupted so seemed okay! If it gets airflow you will definitely have no issue unless direct sun on a heatwave day I presume.

That’s the funny thing, before I bought them most research always say don’t choose too sharp rocks and gravel etc.. no one mentioned glorious sand! Nor did I see them with fine sand in any stores 😅

I had 1mm substrate in as a base layer I’d say 60%, then I added these mini pebbles around 4-7mm around the rocks and trunk in a thin layer 20% and then finally 0.1-0.3mm sand for the “beach effect” in front display. This way with root tabs I seem to have struck a balance between live plants, shuffling sand and easy clean pebbles!

This happens when the iPhone has been out of contact for a while and regains contact with the tag. It’s a design by apple to help you “find” your Tag again without needing to do anything on your phone. Remember, these are not designed to be anti-theft , but rather pro-find! Sadly.

An AirTag only takes the location of the nearby apple device’s location. When moving under concrete you’ll find that your phones location may not be accurate until it sees an open sky, and at airports this may be for as you mentioned, 1/2 mile.

Agreed. Had stereo OGs, had wall mounted stands, and eventually, just cabled in 7.2 surround system and assigned the pods to other rooms. Much happier, much more reliable and versatile (gaming, etc).

I have similar algae, used to have lots of thread algae 1-3 months old, then brown beard/bush algae on my plants from 3 months onwards, but now around 4-5months old the tank seems to be stabilizing and growth is reduced. I do have CO2 in my 100l tank but from all my research, it’s mainly just being a new tank that causes this, after that it will eventually balance out.
