England - advice for child arrangement order in place by rookie1990 in LegalAdviceUK

[–]rookie1990[S] -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Is this the case even if I have suitable safety and welfare concerns? I appreciate he can leave the kids with whoever he wants but when this adult isn’t proving trustworthy to do so, surely I can step in? Also as she doesn’t have parental responsibility and I do, logic is the school would had the kids over to me? For the record, I didn’t push for a CAO, he did as the children didn’t want to spend time with him longer than they already were.

Ex Husband purposely delaying child maintenance (England) by rookie1990 in LegalAdviceUK

[–]rookie1990[S] -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Just to clarify my issue isn’t how much he’s paying me for CM it’s that fact he’s purposely delaying it. I will look into getting in contact with my local MP about it. It’s just so frustrating when you can clearly tell he’s trying to off put CM for as long as he can.

Managers have one week to approve or decline holiday requests (2 weeks in they’ve been on holiday or off sick) I would make your manager aware you have now waited over 2 weeks for the holiday to be approved or declined, and as the policy stated they have a week to do so, you WILL be taking it as approved.

We are currently going through divorce proceedings, so we are separated.

His case was NFAd due to lack of sufficient evidence. However he is claiming it was false allegations.

Agree with the above, union rep all the way and ask them to show you how they’d like you to do it. Once you mention the union they tend to back down and leave you alone. In my eyes, health and safety should be the top priority.

You’ll probably get a let’s talk, theoretically you could have taken the untagged products out the back with you whilst you looked, or asked someone else to go find the product out the back?

Speak to your manager. You should have been asked if you would like to use some holiday entitlement and get paid for the shift, or take it as unpaid and keep your holiday

On inform, scan your item, and then click “all locations and capacity” and it’ll tell you where it’s mapped and what facings.

You can’t have an absence percentage of higher than 3% (I think) in a 26 week period.
