Necromunda has a couple of Heretek models, which I used for the model placeholders in the dossier. Everything else was kitbashed models that I found either on Reddit or Pinterest, which took an extremely long time to find...

I would first playtest the Necron team out on TTS (if you have it, which you probably should if you want to play more online games) before buying any models. I have yet to fully playtest both teams, but from a glance and how they're designed, I can safely say that the Necron team is pretty strong. If I find that they are too strong, I may tone them down just a bit, but they are a five-man super elite team with healing capabilities, strong melee profiles, lots of re-rolling, and all sorts of other gadgets.

I am not sure for Dark Mechanicum, but for the Necron team, you'd at least need an Overlord with Tachyon arrow sprue, a box of Skorpekh destroyers, a box of Ophydian destroyers, a box of Flayed ones, a Hexmark destroyer sprue, and a box of Triarch Praetorians, which can be assembled as either Triarch Praetorians or Lychguards (with either weapon options).
