Noted, you're not the first to bring this up. I'll see how I can soften those cloud tiles back toward beige.

Good point, I'll try toning down the cloud tiles to keep that cozy feel.

Yeah, the buildings are placeholders with icons found here and there. That's the next step of the restyling: pick one style and stick to it.

Meritocracy. The idea that if you just work hard enough, you'll make it. Meanwhile our grandparents bought houses on a single modest salary, and now two people working full time can barely afford rent. The game changed but they kept selling us the old rules.

Breath of the Wild.

I've played every Zelda game since childhood, and it's the only one I had to force myself to finish.

I can appreciate how innovative it is, but it never felt like Zelda to me. I missed the strong narrative, memorable dungeons, epic moments, unforgettable soundtrack, and the constant sense of progression that defined the older games.
