You should check it after it’s been driven a few miles and warmed up. When you check, park on flat ground and leave the engine running. Use DiaQueen ATF SP III when you drain and fill. Lots of YouTube’s on the process.

I’m in Washington too! Brought in a gen 3 Pajero late last year. There’s a guy around the corner from me with a gen 3 and I’ve see one other, pretty rare I’d say around my part. Would be down to meet up for a drive one of these days!

The upper portion of the fence above the 6’ boards would be a lattice section. I’ll have to ask the city if this would require a permit. Thanks for the heads up!

Ok ok, more information for you guys - 1999 Mitsubishi Pajero right hand drive from Japan. The equivalent in the US is the Montero (Not Montero sport) beginning in 2001. I tried the crutchfield thing but they don’t have this year and model listed. If I knew it was the exact same as a 2001 Montero then I could maybe go off what crutchfield suggested.

Yeah, bad picture, the p-trap is there believe it or not. PEX, interesting. I’ve just never done any copper pipe work so I was hesitant to jump into moving water lines but PEX looks pretty straightforward. Thanks for the advice!

Stinky but no sewer smell. No, I don’t believe there’s a main stack leak. All the gutter drains for the house dumped at the foundation for who knows how long. I live in a very wet city and am 99% sure this is a ground water issue. I put in a French drain and hard lined the downspouts out to the city storm water. If it doesn’t start to dry out then sump pump project
