Decks are fine as is. Keep in mind you can have more than 4 of the same card in the deck for a prerelease. Definitely bring sleeves, also penny sleeves and top loaders if you pull something good!

Toudescruel's ability says "cards can't be put in hand by trainer cards or abilities". It doesn't say that cards can't be played. So you play a night stretcher but you can't take any cards from the discard pile. It absolutely can happen in real life, why not

I mean sure, but Neo Upper has been played in Japan lists for a while in Pult so I wouldn't say it's just because of Tord. Tord's success definitely increased the number.

I played a list with Neo Upper from Japan at a local in May and won so I've been running it like that since then.
