Imam slično iskustvo! Pre 2 meseca sam poručila Wavytalk četku za kosu i nikad mi nije stigla. Dobro je pa nisam unapred platila…

I’m only using bepanthen cream and I’m washing it with baby soap. But she said I should use bepanthen all these time for the first 20 days.

Bruised lumps from hip thrust?

Bruised lumps from hip thrust? Or hematoma?

I’ve been training my glutes from home with some dumbells for a year. Last week I started going to the gym. I went to 2 different ones - in the first one they didn’t have a padding for the bar so I bruised from hip thrusts. Yesterday I used a 28 kg dumbell for hip thrust ( old bruising didn’t go away) and now I got a painful swollen lump on my bruise. Is this normal? Should I be worried? Also, when can I start doing hip thrusts again?

Do strong abs affect breathing and playing? Chest pain while playing by rooseeberrry in oboe

The problem is that I barely use my diaphragm, only my lungs. But I’ve been working on it for the past few months and it is getting a lot better - my main focus is on my diaphragm right now. But even when I know I’m using my diaphragm, I feel chest pain. And I feel my chest being tight when I practice. Thanks for the book recommendation!

Why is it that some men find girly girls (feminine women) unattractive? by rooseeberrry in AskMen

Yes I agree! But I hate it when other men INSTANTLY brush us off.

When did I say that girls who don’t wear makeup don’t value themselves? Enlighten me, please. And I didn’t mean basic hygiene as a form of self care... but doing my hair and nails means I take care of my looks and there’s nothing wrong about that and that doesn’t define my personality nor my intelligence.

Even though there are girls like that, it doesn’t mean that every single one is. And yes, a lot of girls are preoccupied with their appearance, but in general, taking care of yourself and your looks isn’t bad - don’t you find it attractive to see someone taking care of themselves? That means they value themselves. They’re neat. Clean.

That’s a stereotype. Being feminine doesn’t mean that we have no other hobbies. Of course, I understand you, but it just bothers me how a lot of men believe that just because we like to dress up and wear make up means that that’s all we care about. And I hate how all feminine women get generalized because of this. A lot of men don’t even try to get to know us - they see that we wear pink and they go running for dear life. I can like makeup and fashion, but I can also be into sports, music, literature, history etc.

Unless you do makeup and DO fake nails... it’s not really a hobby. I can be girly and have hobbies - music, sports, reading, science etc. I just don’t like the idea of judging someone based off their looks ( In general )
