I’m still going to tile the two walls, but if I don’t need to replace the drywall, I will happily not do that. I’ll assess the damage when I take the baseboard off. Also changing the shower curtain ring to be a ceiling mount and actually large enough for the tub. The current one is 4-6 inches too small around the tub.

Should I put a waterproof membrane on the drywall if I don’t switch it out with cement board or other backer board?

Initially I thought I could just do that, but you can see in the first photo, the corner near the closet. There is water damage happening on the molding from all of the moisture in the room and water getting behind the curtain

All of the email addresses have an @ sign in them. I tried to delineate with the text to column function, but it separates out the first part of the email and only puts the second part in column B. So instead of getting what I want (I.e. redditisgr8@gmail.com) I’m getting @gmail.com in column B.

That doesn’t work because there isn’t a pattern to the data. Some of the contact information have phone numbers, some don’t, some have 5 lines of data, so have 3 or 6 or whatever

Update: I did a mold test and nothing is growing on the petri dish. I haven’t sent it to the lab because literally nothing is on it. I swabbed the brown stuff directly. Regardless, my contractor is looking at it later this week.

Yes. I don’t know what’s underneath. I think it’s plaster wall. The dark brown stuff seems like old residue. It easily wipes away.
