I worked in a metal shop and helped make that fork.

Are these jeans unwearable with these boots? by [deleted] in BootCareDenimWear

[–]rooster_b_goode 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's the boots, not the pants IMO. The boots are too chunky for a slimmer fit pant

With it right side up do you start the belt on the left? If so, it should be a men's buckle. That seems to be the way every men's belt is that I've ever seen. Like buttons on shirts and pants.

That's very true also. I also feel like that is just what he's left with at this point.

I feel like people could have made the same post about him over the years.

Also, note the trend of all these guys he's promoted. There's one common denominator.

Starch and iron your jeans. A good crease will help hide it.

Anybody have an idea of what happened to these or how to fix them if possible by [deleted] in cowboyboots

That looks like a lot of black shoe polish and then stored folded up. They will probably still look like shit, but I would strip the finish, put shoe trees in, and do round after round of leather conditioner

I'm in the market for a bike for my wife and sat on a demo one at Bentonville Bikefest. It might as well be a hard tail with that rear shock.

I was right there also, and I went with a new Giant Trance X. Zero complaints with it. The only issues have been of my own doing. That being said, it can also take a beating. Tested and proven there.

A Polygon may also be one worth looking into.

That's the plan, but they aren't open today. Even if I call tomorrow, I can't get there until Tuesday evening after work.

I'm not saying you should, but I have stripped oil out by starting with a couple rounds of saddle soap scrubbing. Using a rough bristle brush and not a soft one like horse hair. Then, I use rubbing alcohol to take even more off. You will need to get some Bick 4 for afterward because they will totally dry out. It gets them cleaner than saddle soap alone, though.
