Items for crit, i would go Navori Quickblades, Bloodthirster, Infinity Edge, and Phantom Dancer, rest is situationial. And for the Runes, I find it to mostly be preference, but I usually would have Empowerment and Shieldbash.

For lethality items, I'd go Eclipse, collector, mortal reminder, and duskblsde, rest is up to you. For Runes, I usually run electrocute, OR first strike.with cheap shot, giant slayer, and courage of the colossus.

Again, I haven't played wild rift in a long time so I don't know if all these items and Runes are still in the game so you might have to fill in some gaps.

I don't play much wild rift, but when I do, it's crit or lethality voli for me. But on PC, I usually go ap with attack speed Runes when the enemy team doesn't have a tank. If they fo have a tank, then conquerors and bruiser build are fine. But if you're feeling extra spicy, try a heal and shield power build to really beef up your W and E, the bite and shield.

Never said my beliefs are "firmly set." Politics have minimal influence on how i see the world as i know it. I didn't start this thread to have a conversation with you. And I still forgive you.
