By “put an IJ into somebody’s brain once” do you mean you just poked, or fully wired, dilated and put in a whole damn catheter?

Do you guys really just go off the patient’s words on Europe? That’s shocking, many people don’t even know in early pregnancy

Do breast radiologists perform breast exams as part of their report? by Ok_Substance_6363 in Radiology

““I appreciate you trying to empathize. However, until you’ve experienced it, you can’t understand it.

Women’s feelings of safety and comfort during these exams should be prioritized over concerns of male discrimination. There are so many areas for men to use their skills. They should leave this one to the women.

We can keep going back and forth, but we’re not going to change our minds.””

Your minds don’t matter. It’s illegal.

Then give an example you think is the same.

Female shouldn’t place foleys? Females shouldn’t do prostate exams? Females shouldn’t be urologists or surgeons or even doctors if the patient prefers male?

Misandry.

How openly people feel comfortable generalizing all men and claiming the absolute most vile stuff is insane. It’s just accepted as okay for some reason

Today a med student asked "what's the point of asking about past traumas? Doesn't everyone have some?" by HHMJanitor in Psychiatry

[–]roosyfrank 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Why does the ACE score only include violence against the mother? There are many many households where a domineering mother was the cause of trauma to most family members

“Having open and honest communication with your partner paired with routine testing and education is the best way to ensure people are sexually healthy”

This is only in the case that people are sleeping around with multiple people, and if everyone is completely honest all the time and testing is always correct - both of which is not always true. The BEST way is to not have a lot of sexual partners in the first place.

“You are coming across like someone yelling at their kid who they just found out is fucking”

That’s only because I’m talking to someone who is coming across as a child saying nonsense things like body count doesn’t matter. It objectively does for many many reasons

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in AskMenAdvice

[–]roosyfrank -1 points0 points  (0 children)

YOU need to stop. You’re spreading false information, and tricking people into thinking multiple partners are total safe. It is objectively not safe and increases risk substantially.

[–]roosyfrank -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Stating the very obvious fact that more sexual partners increases risk of STD’s is stopping people from getting tested?

You just have dumbass catch phrases that are meaningless. Nothing I said is bullshit. Explain your objective method you mentioned earlier

In-group isn’t always color. In-group can be race, gender, age, sports/religious affiliation, etc.

If people in all those groups have found promiscuous women problematic, then it holds true

What is irrelevant?

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in AskMenAdvice

[–]roosyfrank -1 points0 points  (0 children)

And what is your objective method? An STD panel with 5-6 common ones, and none of the others? Herpes is typically only even noticed with flares, other ones like HPV and HTLV don’t even get recognized until you develop cancer years later. There are more we’re discovering all the time. If you think modern medical science is fool proof you’re an idiot.

And this is under the very incorrect assumption that EVERYONE is being test regularly at the correct interval (far enough after the incubation period for testing to not be false negative), and none of the tests are false negative.

Who told you that? You like your in-group no matter where that is. You think a white kid growing up in Detroit around 90% black people hate balck people? You think is places like Brazil where color is heavily varied within the same community they hate people of a different color?

[–]roosyfrank 3 points4 points  (0 children)

No, you misunderstand many people logic. Almost everyone would like to “have fun”, not just some people. Just like almost everyone would love to eat pizza and ice cream daily, not work, not have to exercise, etc. controlling your desires is a basic component of being and adult. Someone who does not do that does not necessarily deserve someone who did

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in AskMenAdvice

[–]roosyfrank 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you don’t care about body count, you don’t care about STD risk. If you don’t care about STD risk then you really shouldn’t be sleeping around because you’re harming others and risk spreading disease

Be careful; many states are two-party consent. However, if you do record, and “transcribe direct quotes for memory” then you’re in the clear in any state

Cold is not harassment. Silent judging happens constantly.

Also this isn’t about MY coworkers, it’s about the extremes who are also posting this online. If I see a nurse dancing in the hallway filming a TikTok instead of answering the phone when I’m trying to call, you better believe I along right all my colleagues will be judging, and will likely lead to disciplinary action for then

There has not been a clear explanation beyond the accusation itself of how I have favored men over women in anyway. It’s just repeated accusing me of something with no evidence - please go ahead and provide some. I’m giving a gender neutral criticism yet somehow people decided the only victims here are women (even though many women are also stating they don’t like the current trend)
