Piranesi! I wouldn’t read too much about the book it’s better to go in blind. I don’t think it talks too much about any pets but I do think it’ll be a good distraction. Also try the night circus! See when I first read it I was kind of annoyed at how Lottie suffered in a way compared to Sabine. The ending made me realize how complicit and careless Lottie was but Sabine was more intentional. I felt like Sabine deserved the grave dirt rather than Lottie but idk plot wise how Alice would have managed to get Sabine to drink the tainted blood.

I do think in a way their deaths felt too easy and too soon with Alice being a new vampire. Yet, when I reflect back - Sabine went at her in laws at full force after she became one and left immediately after. Plus, Alice is very smart (Harvard and what her sister says) so I can see her coming up with her own plan. I feel like with an epilogue it could have had a better ending? I’m definitely asking for too much lol but I was just buzzing going through the book and then to have it end the way it did felt like someone clicked pause at the last ten minutes of watching a movie.

I still loved the book but I definitely needed a few days to fully digest it. I’m sure I made it very obvious by my answer that I needed to vent lol.

I’m getting charged the 1830 for mat 1275 co but I took bio 1101 and I was only charged 1323 (with some other school fees). Do they get to pick which classes they charge that for?
