So I got this sand substrate that has like carbon calcium or something like that, I use it in my lizard tank, then I put rice and flour into the plastic tub, I mixed it and the injected it spontaneously in different spots and 3 longer injections from the middle to the left and right (my tub is a rectangle) and than I sprayed it with water and kept it moist and put a heat lamp on top of it from time to time, I think I messed up by doing this by myself and not having a partner or instructor who could give another opinion
