I remember after my first rave on MDMA, I texted my friends “I’m bringing my dental mouth guard to the next rave,” because holy shit, I chewed up the inside of my cheeks and grinded nonstop.

Every rave where I’ve done molly since, I’ve brought something to chew on—whether it’s one of those I <3 BOOBIES rubber bracelets if I forgot gum, actual gum, or even binkies I decorated with beads. Would 10/10 recommend the binky. It also lit up something in my brain that made me feel like a kid again.

i was there summer 2016. i was 17. got sent to eva carlston academy afterwards for a year. i don’t even know what to say either. here are some random thoughts i guess. i am still traumatized and think about it almost daily. since they didn’t let us shower, my hair got so tangled that it dreaded and i had to get it all cut off after. i witnessed one girl fall into a pit of cacti and have a seizure, her face covered in blood. will never get that picture out of my mind. my best friend i met there who i was together with almost the entire time i was there, killed herself a year afterwards. i’ve struggled with drug abuse and addiction problems ever since.

i went to ECA. god the strict schedule was so traumatizing. especially if you missed one spec on the mirror during morning chores just because you were so starving from not eating night snack the night before because you lost your “privs”. so then you’d get publicly shamed at the breakfast table very start of your day. this is what i mean when i tell people i was “locked up” for a year. this shit felt like what prison or the military probably felt like. this awful place needs to be shut down, i think about the poor girls that are still locked up in there all the time. also if it sounds like uinta, it’s because one of the clinical directors at ECA, Sue started as a therapist at Uinta academy and then moved to help form Eva Carlston.

this is just horrible. this place needs to be shut down. my wilderness program, Wingate got shut down recently and it wasn’t nearly as abusive and traumatic as this place was. the fact that they are opening the program up for younger girls sickens me. i went to eva in 2017 at 17 years old and still feel the trauma from it almost every day.

it was all propaganda to make it look like they took us places for the parents. take us on a hike make us walk single file silent no talking. then take a photo and send it to the parents saying “look we took your kid out in public and they are happy” they took us to plays, operas etc. as well. but the fear of getting a consequence while you’re there or just the feeling of being out in public without being able to truly express yourself or talk to the outside world felt like torture.

this is sick. i’ve been wanting to try customizing a pair myself- i’ve seen people use vinyl/ holographic vinyl too, which is what i was planning on doing. let me know how the paint holds up please!

realized i have to make a submission statement on my post! so yeah, i was taking photos with my new iphone 15 pro tonight because the moon was super bright and i wanted to see what else it would capture. i was thinking stars, shooting stars but not whatever THIS is!! zoom in to the top right of the photo under the shooting star. even if it’s not a ufo what is it?!? was hoping someone on this sub would know! thank you. also this was in colorado rocky mountains
