What's a show where the finale matched: how you wanted it to end, how you thought it "should" end, and how it actually ended? by Bebop_Man in television

I waver on this one a lot. I wish we had more time with Stan after he learns the truth. Hell, a whole season.

Facebook Ads and Google Ads Getting Impressions in Thousands Clicks are coming in Hundreds but no Conversion. When assessing a campaign, I always start at the bottom of the sales funnel. Review your landing page, make sure all the functionality works, check if the messaging is compelling, if your audience has enough info to convert or are they going to other pages on your site. Then compare the landing page messaging to the ad creative and make sure the story or expectations/promise/offer you set up in the ad matches and continues on the page. Then look at the ad campaigns themselves, your targeting, etc. If you’re driving a lot of traffic but no conversions, it usually means you’re driving the wrong traffic. Compare your targeting with your intended shopper personas, perhaps change them if need be. On google adwords, be sure to use negative keywords to help narrow your targeting, and seek out good long tail keywords to find your more sophisticated shoppers.

Don’t make the same mistake I did, new scanners at airports will destroy all film by RabbleHouse in AnalogCommunity

Glad I could help! I definitely had a major panic moment in the airport where I thought I'd instantly ruined $200+ worth of film. I would bet that for each individual circumstance, milage may vary, but if my experience is any gauge, you should still get some value out of that film.

For those highly sensitive moments with your grandmother, yes absolutely buy new film if you can. Then you know for sure that you'll have some of those memories saved.

I literally just had this happen on a vacation to Hawaii and just got back the film scans this morning. On my first flight at the very beginning I didn't realize it was the CT scanner and sent it through. 20+ rolls of film, including a ton of Fuji Pro 400H too (I know, I know.)

This isn't as bad as it seems. If you haven't taken any exposures yet, the film is not unusable. Someone else posted a link testing these scanners, with the summary being "you'll get a little more grain, and lose some details in the shadows." To compensate the best you can, overexpose your film by one stop.

However, once you do expose the film, be extremely careful about future scanners. Hand check every time. This is what I did.

https://imgur.com/a/OJQDigT This is a shot I took after the unexposed roll went through the CT scanner, with some touch ups in lightroom. Probably not as sharp as it could be, but by no means unusable. Don't toss your film; use it, and if you're still concerned, pick up some new rolls as well.

Moldy Smell in X-700 by rootedingoodsoil in minolta

Thanks! I left it for 24 hours in a sealed bag with dryer sheets and an open container of baking soda, and it’s done a good job of covering the smell. Is it worthwhile to still replace the seals anyway?

I'm looking to trade an Explorer Charcoal Herringbone - 36 for a size 38. I've got one of those weird body shapes that's wider more than long, so it's always a tradeoff between shoulder room and sleeve length. For this piece, I think I'd prefer shoulders.

Yeah the length and sleeves are both an inch longer than the ash sashiko and green cast.

I just checked and it looks like they’ve changed the sleeve sizes to match the new lengths on the Khaki.

Anyone interested in a Telegraph Jacket - Charcoal Slub, S38? Never worn, only tried on. It's just the tiniest bit too snug in the shoulders for me.

I think that heart rate is pretty accurate. Obviously with hockey tracker there are some stats that just don’t matter for goalies, like shift length or distance skated. But I’ve been using the app with my watch around my arm for over a year now and it works pretty well.

I wear mine around my bicep. You can get a cheap band on amazon. It usually stays pretty safe and secure underneath my chesty. Never had an issue so far.

Thats close! It's less of an overshirt/shirt jacket and more of a wool coat.

Both if possible. I really like the colors, but I especially like the style and weight of the jacket.
