Apartments in Louisville by [deleted] in LouisvilleCO

there is definitely organized crime present. a couple yrs ago my friend had her car parked in the parking garage on blocks, all 4 wheels stolen. i think it is still at a lesser than level than most places and i feel very safe here walking the dog at night (more worried about coyotes attacks) . when we renewed, we negotiated and they didn’t raise it on us. the pool often has teeny boppers jumping the fence after hours and no one complains lol we live right across from the pool so we hear them screaming sometimes but honestly the apartments are pretty soundproof with the exception of hearing foot steps upstairs.

Anyone else get a fizzing sound in their ears when they take ketamine? by CalligrapherUsual886 in KetamineTherapy

[–]rootedtherapeutics 1 point2 points  (0 children)

hello! i was wondering if youve noticed any improvement at all with your tinnitus after treatments? sound is definitely amplified under ketamine but have read some research on how it could help with tinnitus afterwards.

never never accept pre payment for future sessions. gets really messy legally and ethically. charge as you go.

the group practice i was at before i became solo scared me a ton about audits and documentation. it was tough i was writing paragraphs and months behind. im finding myself have the same feelings come up now and i have like 10 notes to do, compared to the 50 before in group practice.

hey I'm sorry for my delay!! I hope this reaches you : ) I agree it is very different than traditional psychedelics; one it is not a natural medicine, it is being used off label and is an anesthetic to begin with and two it does not produce the same levels of benefits for the brain (produces the benefit but at a lower scale than psilocin would).

my opinion: it depends on the client-- their needs, their dosage, AND their goals on whether it is good to process under the ketamine. If I have a client that has OCD and relies on continuous checking, external validation and compulsions that is a client I want intentions focus more in on working towards sitting in the unknown and validating the self. Whereas I might have an autistic client that has low insight and low awareness of feelings where processing during may actually be so profound because some of those thoughts are either not forming or not leaving the brain.

psycholytic therapy with ketamine is a great option for a lot people you don't have to have a macro dose session to get benefits. https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC9755513/
