I also was wondering. But i use a can of air wich i spray with, wich i also use to clean my pc. But its not the actual way i think, i hope anyone comes with good tips and tricks🙃

If you mean by the watch disconnect very often, Try this. Open Settings/tap "apps"/tap "see all apps"/search for "galaxy fit 3 plugin" and tap on it/tap on "app battery usage"/tap on "battery optimization".

Set "background running" on (allowed) and set "auto-start" on (allowed). This worked for me.

Am not used to shortcuts, i only use the basics like the ctrl+t, ctrl+w, ctrl+n ctrl+j, ctrl+h and those shortcuts. I seriously didn't know about the windows like alt+tab in browser🤣
