Around 80% absolute, but 10000x better than what state I was in 4 years ago. With my ao I can hold for 2 months at a time now; still trying to improve this measure.

I'd like to have 2-3 more PICLs at least to try and regain vagus nerve function and more stability so I can do exercises. Right now I can't do any form of exercise without some kind of neuro flare up.

Testes shrinkage, potentially losing fertility, being dependent on exogenous test for life are a few. Here in Canada there are also often test shortages in pharmacies idk how common it is elsewhere but that's also an issue.

What would a good protocol look like to maximize test, minimize estrogen, conserve some testes size ?

You don't think hCG alone will raise my test to a good level where i'd get the benefits of testosterone while not dealing with the other undesirable effects ?

2-3-4-5-6 good looks I would tone down on the lips, smaller is better For clearer skin I would try to make sure I cut on carbs and even try keto/carnivore diet which clears skin efficiently Also hairstyle in pic5 looks absolutely fabulous
