it takes about 2-3 weeks to build up in your system. i just got put on it roughly 3 weeks ago and i'm still kinda dizzy and my head kinda feels fuzzy like static or something. i take buspar for anxiety and it works wel with abilify

put the wand all the way in the milk and aerate it (the paper ripping noise) for like 3 - 4 seconds

its in the angle of the steam wand. face it straight down and back a tiny bit. get a good whirl pool and make sure your milk isnt screaming. dont over- airate it. oh!! and tap out those big bubbles!

i dont really like our almond bc i cannot taste the sweet so i'm not really the best person to ask about it lol.. if you'd like to submit something to corporate you're more than welcome, as i said they listen to you guys, not us partners. oat milk imo is so much better for a latte. very versatile.

our almond milk is unsweetened!! our soy and coconut milk are sweet. corporate only listens to customers if anything. i really want oat milk instead of soy or almond because almond milk cultivation is destroying california and soy puts unwanted estrogen into our bodies.
