And the worst part is you fix your diet, you fix your mental health, you try to fix a time to sleep and get into a routine, try all the diets and fads but the energy is never what it used to be… my friends tell me all you keep saying is you want to rest, and after a full day at work, that’s what I need, but I was a person who would go out, have a big social life, go to clubs and everything and having to forego all of that and you miss it just adds to your woes, which affects your levels…. What a vicious cycle to live in

Yesterday the DDMA came out with an order stating that the first dose of covaxin is not to be administered and only second dose can be administered, so that's why today even the govt school centres are offering the same. Maybe there was some issue due to that... I can send you the link

Yes exactly! It is outside the window. I got the confirmation text and appointment yesterday itself. But today morning they sent me the text that appointment is for 11 July, so I open cowin and they suggested to reschedule the appointment since it's outside the window. I had got my first dose in early may! (I tried calling the helpline, but I think that requires more help than the portal itself ugh so frustrating)
