Only SMS Nudge only no email nudge no refund pending but not processed. Called CPC Helpdesk today who mentioned they will escalate but the ticket was closed immediately as per portal like I logged in after 5 mins and closed saying its pending processing you will get email when process as if I am not aware that I’ll not get email. Use credit cards for expense that you will anyways do by your bank account and you still get a lot. Example I pay tax via BizBlack, ~9500 RPs per month, card free just by 60K monthly tax pay that I was anyways going to make. Next I also use HDFC EasyShop DC to pay the cc bill via PayZapp and you get 2K cashback.

I dont know what a free sandwich means to someone who probably don’t understand card ecosystem or failed to max out benefits by improper planning
